If you are a storage units/caravans/space user we will request a form of ID which will be used only to verify your identity prior entering into an agreement with us and we will not store or make any copies of your ID. If you are a horse licensee we will request your horse’s vet and dentist contact details, we will only contact them where consent has been provided. We will retain your contact details for as long as you are receiving our services and for a period of six years after to comply with applicable law and for internal management purposes.
